This Stittsville home features a large open-concept entryway that was, well, empty!
The wall was just begging for some clever storage solution for the children's coats, boots, hats and mitts without making it look like a locker room. The client wanted to roll up her sleeves and do the work herself. Using pre-fabricated cabinets and some serious DIY know-how, Shirlee worked with the homeowner to transform this builder basic foyer into a dream mudroom.
Though the vast majority of our mudroom projects are high-end using custom cabinetry, we do enjoy helping clients bring their visions to life on a budget as well.
